ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused who was arrested on 27.02.2022 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 342, 323, 354A[1][i] of IPC read with Sections 7, 8, 9[m] and 10 of POCSO Act in Crime No.7 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail. 2.It appears that the petitioner herein was a shopkeeper and the victim girl had relationship with him. But, however since she was minor, the respondent police had registered the FIR in Cr.No.7/2022 for the aforesaid offences.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the investigation is completed and Charge Sheet has been filed in Spl.SC.No.69/2022 on the file of the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under the POCSO Act, Villupuram. It is stated that the trial is posted on 04.06.2022.

4.I shall not consider the bail application as on date. But, however, after the examination of the victim girl is conducted by the Trial Court, the petitioner is at liberty to move the Trial Court seeking necessary reliefs.
