This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in Crime No.164 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that petitioner has been detained in goondas.

3.In view of the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Court is of the view that nothing survives in this petition.
