This writ petition has been filed for issue of a writ of mandamus directing the 3 rd respondent to register the document presented by the petitioner pertaining to the subject property, based on the stamp duty that has already been paid on 23.05.2024 as per the directions issued by the 2 nd respondent through order dated 10.02.2025.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court and considering the written instructions received from the 3 rd respondent to the effect that there is a title dispute pending before the 2/4

competent civil Court, there shall be a direction to the 3 rd respondent to deal with the documents presented for registration by the petitioner without reference to the suit filed by the petitioner and register the same, if it is otherwise in order. This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction.
