This petition has been filed seeking for relaxation of the condition imposed by the Court below while granting bail to the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is aggrieved by the condition imposed by the Court below, wherein, the Court below has directed the petitioner to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valparai daily at 10.30 am, until further orders and prays for relaxation of the same.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by the Court below on the petitioner to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Valparai, daily at 10.30 am, until further orders is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Judicial Magistrate once in a Month i.e on 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.
