This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to condone the delay of 214 days in filing the above appeal.

Mrs.Dakshayani Reddy, learned Senior Advocate representing Mrs.S.Suneetha, learned counsel, who takes notice for first respondent, submitted that she has no objection in condoning the delay.

It is seen that affidavit of service has not been filed in respect of the respondents 2 to 4. However, Mrs.Dakshayani Reddy, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the first respondent submitted that no relief is sought for against the respondents 2 to 4.

Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and this petition is accordingly ordered.
