..Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the first and second respondents to de freeze the current Account No.50200059379141 held with the first respondent bank on the basis of representations dated 14.03.2025 and 18.03.2025 issued to the second respondent within the time stipulated by this Court.

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to de-freeze the current Account No.50200059379141 held with the first respondent bank, based on the representations dated 14.03.2025 and 18.03.2025 submitted to the second respondent

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that on the request made by the second respondent, the first respondent had frozen the account of the petitioner and did not permit the petitioner to operate the account.

4. The learned counsel for the first respondent, on instructions, submitted that as per communication of the second respondent, a sum of

Rs.20,000/- has been credited to the petitioner's account from the accused.

5. In view of the above, the first respondent is directed to retain the sum of Rs.20,000/- in the petitioner's account No.50200059379141 and permit the petitioner to operate his account for the remaining balance.

6. With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
