This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to act upon the online application 1/4

dated 19.01.2024 submitted by the petitioner wherein the petitioner is seeking for transfer of patta in her name with respect to the subject property.

2. Heard Mr.M.Senthamizhselvan, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondent.

3. The petitioner is placing reliance upon a registered sale deed dated 03.07.2013 registered as document No.1895/2013. The petitioner submitted an application seeking for transfer of patta in her name and the same was not considered.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the respondent to deal with the online application submitted by the petitioner on 19.01.2024 and pass necessary orders within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
