ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The learned counsel for the petitioner chose to absent himself from the Court on the date of hearing on 16.3.2015 and we had to pass an order in his absence. Despite this, we had called upon the respondent authorities to decide the representation of the petitioner. In that process, some observation has been made based on the "apparent picture". This can hardly give rise to the aforesaid review application, especially when the counsel for the petitioner failed to perform his duty as a counsel.
