O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 31.01.2025 and to pass orders within a time frame.

2. Heard Mr.L.Ramanathan, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondent.

3. The petitioner is seeking for correction in the UDR patta and hence, he submitted a representation dated 31.01.2025 to the respondent. Since the same was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the respondent to act upon the representation of the petitioner dated 31.01.2025 on its own merits and in accordance with law and pass final orders within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
