PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to Clause 8 of the prospectus for Tamil Nadu Teacher Eligibility Test (TNTET 2012) issued by the second respondent with reference to eligible marks for pass fixed as 60% or more for SC/ST candidates and to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to provide relaxation to 5% of mark in the eligible marks to pass TET examination in consonance to NCTE REgulations and G.O.Ms.No.181, School Education Department, dated 15.11.2011, and thereby to declare the petitioner pass in the Teacher Eligibility Test conducted on 14.10.2012.
