C O M M O N O R D E R These Writ Petitions have been filed for a direction to the respondents to consider bank guarantee as null and void and also return the original certificates / documents of the petitioners respectively collected by the fourth respondent while admitting the petitioners to Post Graduate Degree course in the fourth respondent College, by considering the representations of the petitioners dated 13.02.2023 and 01.02.2023 respectively.
