Considering the limited prayer of the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the petitioner, directs the second respondent to dispose of the petitioners' representation dated 27.04.2015, 29.04.2015 and 30.06.2015, respectively, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With this directions, the writ petitions stand disposed of. No Costs.
