This Writ Petition has been filed for a mandamus, directing the respondents 2 & 3 to pass appropriate orders on the application dated 10.06.2021 seeking approval for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

transplantation (Liver Donation) by the Petitioner (UHID 12018057331) to her brother L.Sampathkumar (UHID 12018057149). 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the committee considered the claim of the petitioner and granted necessary approval to her. 3.The aforesaid submission has been fairly conceded by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4.In view of the subsequent development, this Court is of the opinion that no further orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition. Hence, recording the submissions so made by the learned counsel on either side, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
