This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 175 days in filing the criminal appeal to set aside the order of acquittal dated 08.08.2024 made in C.A.No.28 of 2024 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Krishnagiri

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 175 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
