The petition is filed by the petitioners seeking for a direction to register a case on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 26.01.2015.

2. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that in respect of the similar transaction on the complaint given by one Babu, a case has been registered against the Proprietor of Ponram Promoters by name Ponram Nandlal chawla, Sanjay chawla, Shanthilal Rathore and Palaniammal, Sub-Registrar, Suramangalam in Crime No.1 of 2015 by the Central Crime Branch, Salem for offences under Sections 120(B), 465 of IPC and Section 81 of the Registration Act. He further submitted that in connection with the said crime, the case of the petitioner can also be considered as the allegations are similar in nature, made against the promoter and other accused. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Recording the same, there is no need to register any separate FIR on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner. The respondents-police/competent authority is directed to consider the complaint given by the petitioner while investigating the Crime No.1 of 2015 on the file of Central Crime Branch, Salem.
