Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.3527 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.3736 of 2022 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police Every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.GOVINDARAJAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.R.KISHORE KUMAR, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners Crl.O.P.No.3736 of 2022 on 17.02.2022 to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is totally relaxed. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
