The learned counsel for the petitioner produced an order of the Wakf Tribunal (Principal Sub Court, Nagapattinam) in W.O.P.No.1 of 2004 dated 11.11.2005 granting the relief in favour of the petitioner. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. It is also submitted that Civil Revision Petitions in C.R.P.Nos.296 of 2007 and 2070 of 2007 are pending before this Court as against the said order dated 11.11.2005 of the Wakf Tribunal. It is made clear that the disposal of this writ petition will not affect the parties to raise their objections in the said C.R.Ps., as the relief https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

has already been granted in favour of the petitioner by the said Wakf Tribunal. With these observations, the writ petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
