2.As per the submissions of the respondent bank, the auction sale has ended in failure and therefore, this writ petition has become infructuous.

3.In such view of the matter, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.16769 of 2017 is closed.
