This writ petition has been filed for issue of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to re-survey the subject property, based on the representation made 2/4

by the petitioner on 03.11.2022 as per the order dated 10.11.2004 passed in W.P.No.3763 of 2004.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that re-survey will be conduted by the 5 th respondent.

3. In the light of the above submission, the process of re-survey shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. 30.04.2025 gya 3/4
