PRAYER: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records in G.O.(Ms).No.452, dated 20.10.2015 and to call for the committee's report dated Nil and quash the same insofar as it pertains to the petitioner herein as illegal and arbitrary and consequently to declare that the petitioner is qualified eligible for the post of Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering and to provide consequential reliefs by way of absorption, confirmation and regularization with all attendant benefits.
