The petition has been filed seeking to quash the order in C.P.No.59 of 2021 dated 13.04.2022 on the file of the learned Labour Court, Salem.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and to that effect, he has made an endorsement in the bundle.
