This case is taken up through video conferencing.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) submitted that the investigation in Crime No.52 of 2019 was completed and final report was filed and the case is pending trial in Special Session Case No.45/2019.
