ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/A1, who was arrested and remanded into judicial custody on 22.07.2021 by the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(C) & 29(1) of NDPS Act in Crime No.33/2021, seeks bail.

2.The petitioner herein was found in possession of commercial quantity of 22 kgs of ganja and he has been arrested and he is in judicial custody. Earlier bail petition was dismissed with a direction to the trial Court to complete the trial expeditiously within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submits that one witness so far examined. Summons for remaining witness has already been served and he assures that the order of this Court dated 09.03.2022 will be complied as early as possible. 4.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
