2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Advocate [Crl.side].

3. Learned Government Advocate [Crl.side] submits that the vehicle, return of which is sought by the petitioner, has been confiscated pursuant to orders of second respondent dated 05.11.2016. Recording the submission of learned Government Advocate [Crl.side], the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed.
