Respondents PRAYER:- The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to sanction earned leave unearned leave to her credit as well as Special Provident Fund in accordance with fundamental rule viz., 86(a)(i)(ii)(iii) to the petitioner. According to the petitioner, the petitioner made a representation on 24.7.2020 for payment of Unearned leave salary and Special Provident Fund in accordance with Rule 86(a)(i) (ii)(iii) of Fundamental Rules and the said representation is still pending with the respondents.

2. Considering the limited scope of prayer as sought for by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 24.7.2020 and pass appropriate orders on merit and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, by taking note of the order passed in W.P.No.31786 of 2019 dated 12.11.2019. The petitioner is directed to enclose the copy of the said representation along with the order copy to the respondent.

3. Consequently, the writ petition stands disposed of with the above directions. No Costs.
