This application is filed to (i) Treat this application as urgent;

(ii) Permit the Official Liquidator to change the designation of estate staff member Mr.N.Sivakumar from Estate Assistant to Estate Legal Assistant and to permit dress allowance of Rs.7,000/- per year from "Common Pool Fund Account" to the said company paid staff under Rule 309 Companies (Court) Rules, 1959.

(iii) Direct the cost of this application to come out of funds from the Common Pool Fund Account.

2. Upon perusal of the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this Court is satisfied and is inclined to allow this application.

3. Accordingly, this Application is ordered.
