The petitioner sought for a direction to the respondents to provide a job to her on compassionate ground and death beneficiary as well as the monetary benefits which are due to petitioner's husband.

2. Heard Mr.K.Nagarajan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Paramasivadoss, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3. In view of the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going to the merits of the case, the second respondent is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

directed to consider and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's claim made in her representation dated 24.07.2012, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
