ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to initiate action against the 4th respondent for conducting tournament from 15.09.2016 to 17.09.2016 in violation and contravention to the competition regulations of the 2nd respondent.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's Association itself is not affiliated to the Registered Association and hence, they cannot maintain the writ petition against the 4th respondent.
3. Considering the above submission, and the fact that the tournament was also over by this time, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
