(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) With the grievance that the representation made by the petitioner on 27.08.2015 seeking to review the decision made https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

earlier for the purpose of granting recognition has not been considered, the present writ petition has been filed. 2.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the Government Order passed in G.O.Ms.No.484 Home (Courts - II) Department dated 12.06.2015, which came into being due to the efforts taken by the petitioner Association, there is bifurcation of District Munsif Court from the jurisdictional Magistrate Court at Paramathy. Now the members of the petitioner Association have increased substantially.

Hence the representation made will have to be considered on its own merits. 3.Learned senior counsel appearing for the respondent/Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry submits that the respondent has no objection in considering the representation of the petitioner in view of the subsequent development. 4.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned senior counsel appearing for the respondent, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.08.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
