This petition has been filed seeking modification of the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.No.32599 of 2024 dated 07.01.2025.

2. Today (29.06.2026), when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, it is clear and evident that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case. Therefore, no useful purpose would be served in keeping the petition pending.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
