Mr.Devnarenderan, learned counsel entered appearance on behalf of the respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the plaintiffs are facing threat of deposession against the President of Bagalur Panchayath. The interlocutory application is kept pending by the Trial Court for no reason. Now, the petitioner is before this Court for early disposal of I.A.No.2 of 2020. Mr.Dev Narendaran, learned counsel for respondent submits that the respondent has not indulged in any illegal action. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, a direction is given to the Trial Court to dispose of I.A.No.2 of 2020 in O.S.No.35 of 2020 on merits after giving an opportunity of hearing to both the parties within a period of one month from the date resumption of physical hearing of the Courts.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
