This petition has been filed, seeking direction upon respondents to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 10.01.2015.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, representing the respondentPolice. 3.
A reading of the petitioner's complaint reveals that the petitioner's father and one Muralidaran were partners in a Business, it appears that the petitioner's father executed a sale deed in respect of a property in favour of said Muralidaran and his brother, and after the death of the petitioner's father, the said Muralidaran https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
is not settling the account. Therefore, present complaint came to be lodged by the petitioner.

Considering the nature of transaction, which appears to be civil in nature and no criminal offence is made out, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
