2. It comes to be known that the Registry had returned the relevant papers of the Criminal Revision Petition on the point of Limitation and in complying with the return and representing the same, there has occasioned a delay of 99 days, which is neither wilful nor wanton, but due to the aforesaid reason.

3. It is to be noted that the delay in representation is a matter between the Petitioner and the Court of Law. The Respondent/ Complainant has no say in the matter. As such, this Court by taking a lenient and liberal view allows the Miscellaneous Petition. In the result, the Miscellaneous Petition No.4292 of 2016 in Crl.R.C.Sr.No.55207 of 2015 is allowed.
