Prayer : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records in FIR No.67 of 2016 dated 27.04.2016 on the file of the Mudaliarpet Police Station, Pondicherry, registered under Sections 171(f) read with 171(c) and 34 of Indian Penal Code and quash the same.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to call for the records in FIR No.67 of 2016 dated 27.04.2016 on the file of the Mudaliarpet Police Station, Pondicherry, registered under Sections 171(f) read with 171(c) and 34 of Indian Penal Code and quash the same. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the amount has been deposited in case property No.89 of 2016 in STC No.469 of 2016 on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Puducherry and the trial is going on.

3. In view of the above, the prayer sought for in this petition became infrucutous.

4.With the above observations, this writ petition stands dismissed. No Costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
