4.The District Educational Officer, Thiruvallur,Thiruvallur District ..Respondents Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance a Writ of Mandamus, directing respondents to sanction and grant the 1) additional three eligible posts of teachers, as per the proceedings of the fourth respondent dated 13.09.2011, i.e., (a)One post of Graduate teacher (b) One post of Secondary Grade Teacher (c) One post of Physical Education Teacher. 2)Two Eligible additional Teaching staff posts as per the Compulsory Education Act 2009 i.e., (i) One post of Art Education Teacher, (ii) One post of Work Education Teacher, 3) and non teaching staff as ordered necessary by the Government Policy which includes the G.O.Ms.Nos.340, 455 and 525 dated 01.04.1992, 29.10.1997 and 29.12.1997 i.e., i) One lab Assistant, ii) One Record Clerk, iii) One Library Assistant , iv) One Junior Assistant and v) One Watchman.
