This Petition has been filed before this Court under the caption "For extension of time" along with the report sent by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (FAC), Kumbakonam, in D.No.969 of 2022 dated 16.09.2022.

It is seen from the records that while disposing the petition in Crl.O.P.No.11666 of 2022, this Court by an order dated 18.05.2022, directed the trial Court to complete the trial proceedings in C.C.No.1 of 2019, within a period of three months. However, the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (FAC), Kumbakonam, has sent communication dated 16.09.2022 in D.No.969 of 2022, narrating the sequence of proceedings in C.C.No.1 of 2019 and sought further period of two months time to complete the trial in the said case.
