J U D G M E N T

Today, when this matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has sought permission of this Court to withdraw this appeal. He has filed a Memo of Withdrawal dated 01.03.2016, which reads as under:

1. The appellant submits that the above Appeal has been filed against the Judgment and decree dated 24.09.2012 passed in O.S.No.12 of 2007 on the file of the Principal District Court, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Krishnagiri. The appellant submits that he has settled the dispute, the subject matter of the above appeal, out of Court at the instance of friends and well wishers. Hence, the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the above appeal and he has decided to withdraw the same.

In the foregoing circumstances it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit the appellant to withdraw the above appeal A.S.No.51 of 2013 and render justice"

2. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the appellant and also in view of the Memo of Withdrawal filed by the learned counsel for the appellant, this Appeal suit is dismissed as withdrawn. The Memo of withdrawal shall form part of the order. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
