ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondent to issue the sub-division patta to the property situated at Tiruvallur District, Avadi Taluk, No.13, Vellanoor Village, Survey No. 505/1B extend about Acres 2.00 cent based upon petitioners online application dated 17.04.2023 vide application 1/4

No.2023/0105/01/488413.

2. The petitioner submitted an application on 17.04.2023 with a request for issuance of sub-division of patta, however, the same is pending without consideration. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 17.04.2023 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
