This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to file charge sheet and final report in Crime No.29 of 2014.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the investigation in Crime No.29 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2014 was completed by the respondent police and action has been dropped and "action drop report" has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Chengalpet, as early as on 20.04.2015.

Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
