This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India 1950 against the fair and decretal orders dated August 29, 2022 passed in IA.No.51 of 2022 in O.S.No.57 of 2017 on the file of the Principal District Munsif's Court, Cuddalore.

ORDER

Ms.R.Meenal, learned Counsel appearing of the Revision Petitioner is before this Court through video conferencing mode and submits that Original Suit in O.S.No.57 of 2017 on the file of Principal District Munsif Court, Cuddalore was dismissed for default on July 23, 2025 and the said submission is recorded.

2. In view of the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Revision Petitioner, the prayer sought for in this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

3. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
