This application has been filed by the 2nd defendant seeking to condone the delay of 126 days in filing the written statement. 2.In the affidavit filed, it had been stated that since the 2nd defendant was travelling extensively to Mumbai on official duties, though the written statement should be filed before 12.12.2023, in view of that particular preoccupation, he could not give instructions for filing the written statement. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the plaintiff also. 4.Taking into consideration the reasons advanced, this Application stands allowed. The delay is condoned. Registry to take into consideration the written statement of the 2nd defendant.
