ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondent police to register the FIR as per order dated 12.11.2024 made in Crl.M.P.No.1363 of 2024 at Judicial Magistate No.II, Tambaram, Chengalpattu District.
2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.
3. The petitioner filed a petition in Crl.M.P.No.1363 of 2024 seeking direction under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C to register the complaint lodged by the petitioner. The Judicial Magistate No.II, Tambaram, Chengalpattu, by an order dated 12.11.2024, directed the respondent to conduct preliminary enquiry and submit a report before the Court.
4. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by the learned Magistrate, the respondent conducted a detailed enquiry and submitted a closure report as early as on 03.01.2025 before the Judicial Magistate No.II, Tambaram, Chengalpattu district.
5. Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
