These Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.M.P.Nos.1926 & 1928 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.Nos.23096 & 24978 of 2022 by this Court vide orders dated 14.02.2023.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that investigation in this case has been completed and the case has also been committed to the Court of Sessions and taken up in S.C.No.128 of 2023, pending trial on the file of the learned Principal District Judge Salem. He further submitted that the case now stands posted for appearance of the accused on 06.06.2023.

3. Considering the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners to report before the respondent Police on every Wednesday at 10.30a.m., is relaxed. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the learned Principal District Judge, Salem, in connection with S.C.No.128 of 2023 on 06.06.2023 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned trial Judge. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
