Petitions praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition of reporting before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.30 am., until further orders imposed on the Petitioner/Petitioner/Accused Rank not known, in paragraph No.7(c) of the orders dated 08.04.2022 made in Crl.OP. Nos.8104 & 8008 of 2022.
Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.ASHOK KUMAR,(IN CRL.OP.NO.8104/2022) AND M/S.G.SARAVANAN,(IN CRL.OP.NO.8008/2022) Advocate for the petitioners and of M/S. A.DAMODARAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR(IN BOTH THE PETITIONS)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- These applications have been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.Nos.8104 & 8008 of 2022 on 08.04.2022 to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is totally relaxed. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
