Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition (c) the petitioner is directed to report before the investigating officer daily at 10.30am until further orders imposed by this Honble Court in order dated 05.04.2022 made in Crl.OP.6811/2022 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.ANBUSELVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate(Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 05.04.2022 in Crl.O.P.No. 6811 of 2022 to appear before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week on every Monday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.
