The petitioner in W.P.No.11387 of 2020 has come forward to file this writ petition seeking direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to act in accordance with the order passed by the first respondent in O.Mu.792/2020K4 dated -.01.2020.

In the abovesaid communication, the first respondent has called upon the second respondent to make an inspection and enquire and thereafter, take appropriate action. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that no action is forthcoming pursuant to the said communication sent by the first respondent to the second respondent, however there is a threat of dispossession.
4.In W.P.No.11417 of 2020, the petitioner made a representation for issuance of patta. Now, the grievance of the petitioner is that pending such request made through representation dated 28.11.2019 he is sought to be dispossessed. 5.In view of the fact that no further action is stated to be taken by the second respondent pursuant to the communication of the first respondent insofar as W.P.No.11387 of 2020 and in view of the pendency of the representation made by the petitioner in W.P.No.11417 of 2020, we call upon the first
respondent to pass appropriate final orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till such time, status quo as on today shall be maintained. 6.These writ petitions stand disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
