O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to give police protection for the petitioner's property situated at Ayan Punja Survey No.171/16 to the extent of 0.06.5 Ares ( Old Survey No.505/16 0.09 cent) Perambalur south Village, Perambalur Taluk and Perambalur District based on the petitioner's representation dated 07.12.2022.

2. The case of the petitioner is that he is the absolute owner of the property situated at Ayan Punja Survey No.171/16 to the extent of 0.06.5 Ares 9 Old Survey No.505/16 0.09 cent) Perambalur south Village, Perambalur Taluk and Perambalur Distrct from Alagesa Naidu and Elangovan under registered sale deed doc No.1091/1978 dated

07.07.1978. While so, the private respondents are creating problem with regard to the title of the subject property and attempted to assault the petitioner. In this regard, the petitioner has given a representation dated 07.12.2022 to the first and second respondents to provide police protection. Since, the said representation has not been considered till date, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the private respondents herein have no right over the subject property.

4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that petitioner's representation will be considered on merits and in accordance with law.

5. Considering the above facts and circumstances, this Court directs the official respondents to issue notice to the petitioner and the private respondents and aggrieved parties if any and conduct enquiry and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of the receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
