ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the 1 st respondent to dispose of the appeal dated 20.02.2025, within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2.Heard Mr.R.Mohan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.P.Sathish, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of respondents 1 and 2.

3.The petitioner was aggrieved by the order passed by the 2 nd respondent dated 31.01.2025 and hence, filed an appeal before the 1 st respondent on 20.02.2025. Since the same was not acted upon, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.

3/5 4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the 1 st respondent to act upon the appeal filed by the petitioner on 20.02.2025, after affording opportunity to the 3 rd respondent and pass final orders, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions.
