When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, a regular FIR in Cr.No.286 of 2018 has been registered on 29.08.2018 against respondents 4 to 8 for the offences under Sections 147, 452, 294(b), 323, 506(ii) and 380 IPC.

2. In such view of the matter, no further orders need be passed in this case. Accordingly, this petition is closed with a direction to the respondent police to expeditiously complete the investigation in Cr.No.286 of 2018. No costs.
