ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for direction directing the second respondent police to give police protection to the petitioner's life and limb at the petitioner's agricultural land of 3 acres comprised in Survey No.519, situate in Kothakondapalli Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the first and second respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner owned land ad-measuring 3 acres comprised in Survey No.519, situate in Kothakondapalli Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District. While being so, the third and fourth respondents are disturbing the possession and enjoyment of the petitioner's property. Therefore, a civil suit was filed in O.S.No.214 of 2023 on the file of the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Hosur and the same was disposed of in favour of the petitioner and others on 29.11.2024. Even then, the third and fourth respondents are disturbing the possession and enjoyment of the petitioner's property.

4. In view of the above, the petitioner ought to have approached the civil Court for appropriate relief. Hence, the direction sought for in this petition cannot be granted.
